Weekend Itinerary
We are SO excited to celebrate our wedding and marriage with you all! The goal of the weekend is to enjoy the outdoors and each other’s company. We want this to feel like a vacation, hang out, and wedding all in one. That being said, there are only a few things we absolutely NEED you to be in attendance for. The others are all optional, and we want you to be able to enjoy the red rock since you came all this way!
Below is the loose itinerary. Feel free to plan the rest of your time accordingly. The house has lots of amenities—we will talk, play board games, arcade games, play basketball, and more. Around the house, there’s even more to do! So do whatever sounds most relaxing: either grab some people and go on an adventure or lounge by the pool and read.
We can’t wait to spend such a fun weekend with you all!

Friday – March 29
9:30 am: Paradise Village open to hang out
Morning/Afternoon: Adventure, get settled, chill
Larson Family BBall game (Open invite)
5:30 pm: Dinner and Drinks at Paradise Village
9:30 pm: Goodnight and see you in the morning
Saturday – March 30
9:30 am: Paradise Village open to hang out
Morning/Afternoon: Adventure, chill, nap, eat
5:30 pm: Dinner and Drinks and Vows
9:30 pm: Goodnight and maybe see you in the morning
Sunday – March 31
8:30 am: Paradise Village open for breakfast and coffee
11 am: CHECKOUT Airbnb

Plan Your Weekend
Arrive on Friday
Please plan to arrive on Friday, March 29th. We'll be ready for you at 9:30 am and we'll gather for our first celebration dinner at 5:30 pm. Feel free to arrive any time during that window.
Venue + Lodging
We are hosting our friends at our VRBO and ceremony venue. Click the link below for the address and room assignments.
Meals
We're providing all of the meals for the weekend. This should accommodate any allergies, but please be sure to let us know on the RSVP form.
Suggested Activities
We've curated a list of suggested activities for you to do in your free time.
Attire + Clothing
A reminder to bring layers along with some suggestions for what to wear during the weekend and at our vow dinner.
Nearby Airports
Fly into Vegas, SLC, or St George Airports.
St George Airport is a 30 minute drive.
Salt Lake City Airport is a 4.5 hour drive.
Las Vegas Airport is a 2 hour drive.
Carpool
There's limited parking on site, so we'll coordinate carpool from different airports and SLC. Be sure to let us know which airport you're flying into on the RSVP form.
We'll reach out once we have a good feel for the driving schedules.
